LUNCH & DINNER LINE COOKS

Position Summary:
Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere.  Prepare and cook food items for line station assigned.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare meats, vegetables, batters, sauces, and mixes according to recipies for use at station
  • Assure that all food procedures are followed
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines
  • Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
  • Restock or breakdown assigned station before next meal period depending on shift
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful conditions

Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of food preparation experience required
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
  • Receive and follow directions from supervisors; follow direction of computer generated tickets

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand, Walk, Use Hands/Fingers, Reach Outward, Lift/Carry, Push/Pull 10-25lbs - Constantly
  • Reach Above Shoulder, Bend, Lift/Carry, Push/Pull 25-50lbs - Frequently
  • Climb, Squat or Kneel - Occasionally
